I don’t have enough praises for SWC! My husband and I wanted a simple intimate wedding overseas. The SWC came to me recommended by a friend who also had a destination wedding. We looked at several other sites, but SWC was the quickest to respond and give us substantial answers to our preliminary questions. SWC gave us many options, links, and general prices right upfront. Everything was so easy to set up! I had no fears and felt confident that everything would be ready when we arrived. There were no complications at all! Yvonne is a competent, trustworthy, responsible, and efficient coordinator. She was very willing to work with our modest budget. She gave us the availability and attention as if we were a large $100,000 wedding!
Edinburgh is the friendliest city I have ever traveled to! Although our families and friends were far away, Joe and I felt like we were surrounded by friends. The staff was like our family for a day. They celebrated our wedding day with us and made it so much more special! They even gave us much treasured and very meaningful wedding gifts!
I never get tired of telling people that I was married in THE Edinburgh Castle! St. Margaret’s chapel is breath-taking as well as the scenery of the city down below! Being one of the few civilians to get married in the chapel made it all the more special. I felt like a celebrity! Most of all, now, I will always have a special bond with Scotland. A bit of Scotland’s history is now intertwined with a piece of my life’s history.
